The Government of Telangana (GoT) and Ridhira Group have formalised a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) at the Telangana Rising Global Summit 2025 for the development of a premium branded hospitality project in Yacharam, envisaged as a flagship destination within the State’s Bharat Future City initiative. With an estimated investment of INR 117 crore, the project underscores Telangana’s commitment to attracting high-value investments in the hospitality and tourism sectors.
Bharat Future City is conceived as a sustainable, net-zero urban hub integrating residential, commercial, industrial, healthcare, and recreational zones near Hyderabad. The Yacharam hospitality project will serve as an anchor for the city’s tourism and wellness ecosystem, contributing to the State’s long-term vision of developing a modern, globally connected urban economy.
The project includes a 150-key premium hotel, two F&B outlets, and an 18,500 sq. ft. wellness centre, along with 20 branded luxury villas featuring sale and lease-back options. Designed to meet international hospitality standards, the development is expected to generate over 300 direct and indirect employment opportunities within two years, enhancing Yacharam’s appeal as a luxury wellness and tourism hub.
Expressing appreciation, Ritesh Mastipuram, Founder and Managing Director, Ridhira Group, said, “We are honoured to formalise this commitment with the State and to reinforce our long-term vision. This MoU marks a significant milestone in our journey to redefine luxury wellness hospitality in Telangana. With the Government’s proactive support and a structured roadmap for implementation, we are committed to building a landmark destination that will enhance Telangana’s position on the global tourism and wellness map.”
The Government of Telangana will extend support through its Single Window Mechanism to ensure efficient clearances and expeditious execution. Ridhira Group will now proceed with formal agreements and a Detailed Project Report (DPR) outlining phased development and operational frameworks for timely completion.
Aligned with the Bharat Future City framework, the Telangana Tourism Policy 2025–2030, and the State Vision 2047, the Yacharam project will contribute to regional economic growth and solidify Telangana’s positioning in luxury hospitality and wellness tourism.
