Ventura AirConnect, Surat’s regional airline, has launched new flights connecting Surat with Ahmedabad, Bhavnagar, Rajkot and Amreli, significantly reducing travel time between Saurashtra and South Gujarat to as little as 30 minutes.
Operating under the NSOP (Non-Scheduled Operator Permit) category, Ventura AirConnect has served as Gujarat’s only active regional airline for over a decade. It operates nine-seater Cessna Grand Caravan aircraft—one of the world’s safest and most reliable small-aircraft models—offering affordable and accessible air travel across the state.
The airline has established a strong reputation for consistent service, connecting business, trade and social travel corridors within Gujarat. Ventura AirConnect remains the only airline in India to operate uninterrupted daily services with small aircraft from a single base for over 11 years.

Expanding its portfolio, Ventura AirConnect has introduced a luxury charter service using an eight-seater Pilatus PC-12 aircraft, manufactured in Switzerland. The high-speed, ultra-safe aircraft caters to business travellers, emergency needs and leisure itineraries, allowing passengers to fly directly from Surat to destinations of their choice.
Each flight is manned by two pilots and can accommodate up to nine passengers, with flight durations of approximately 30 minutes to Bhavnagar, 45 minutes to Amreli and 60 minutes to Ahmedabad and Rajkot.
Reinforcing its social responsibility commitment, the airline recently launched a dedicated organ transport service under medical approval, enabling the rapid movement of human organs across Gujarat. The aircraft used for this mission is registered as VT-DEV, symbolically named Dev to represent its role as a “divine messenger” in saving lives.
Ventura AirConnect has also commissioned Surat’s first advanced aircraft maintenance facility, aimed at transforming the city into a regional aviation hub. With congestion and high maintenance costs at major airports like Mumbai and Ahmedabad, the new centre positions Surat as a cost-efficient, strategically located maintenance base for operators nationwide.
