Bengaluru Airport City Limited (BACL) has entered a strategic partnership with Prestige Group to develop a world-class Convention and Exhibition Centre (CEC) within the upcoming Bengaluru Airport City. This development is intended to position the city as a preferred destination for international conferences, trade exhibitions, and cultural events.
The CEC is designed to seat 8,000 attendees and will be accompanied by a performing arts theatre, a luxury hotel under the St. Regis and Marriott marquees, Grade A office spaces, and a curated mix of food and beverage outlets. The facility aims to serve as a venue for global summits, innovation forums, trade expos, and large-scale cultural events.

The site will be developed with strong multimodal connectivity via National Highway 44, State Highway 104, the upcoming Kempegowda International Airport Bengaluru (KIAB) West Metro Station, Suburban Rail, and direct airport access. Integrated amenities such as retail, entertainment, and hospitality facilities are also planned as part of the transit-oriented urban layout.
