The event will convene more than 2,000 industry leaders, government representatives, investors, and academicians from across India and abroad, making it one of the largest editions in the Convention’s history.

Set against the cultural backdrop of Varanasi, the three-day convention will focus on advancing India’s tourism and hospitality sectors through innovation, collaboration, and sustainable growth. The programme will include keynote sessions, leadership dialogues, and expert panels addressing traveller trends, investment opportunities, digital transformation, and destination excellence.

The FHRAI Convention has previously hosted senior dignitaries such as Shri Yogi Adityanath, Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh; Dr Pramod Sawant, Chief Minister of Goa; Shri Siddaramaiah, Chief Minister of Karnataka; and Shri Gajendra Singh Shekhawat, Union Minister of Tourism, underscoring its role as a platform for industry-government dialogue.

Surendra Kumar Jaiswal, President, FHRAI, said, “The 56th FHRAI Annual Convention reflects the continued evolution and resilience of India’s hospitality and tourism sector. As the industry moves forward with renewed momentum, this platform will bring together stakeholders to exchange ideas, strengthen collaboration, and explore opportunities that enhance India’s position as a dynamic and diverse travel destination. Hosting the Convention in Varanasi further highlights the richness of India’s cultural landscape while encouraging meaningful conversations around sustainable and future-ready tourism growth.”

Over the years, the FHRAI Annual Convention has served as a key meeting point for policymakers and industry leaders. The upcoming edition in Varanasi aims to reinforce India’s tourism ecosystem, aligning with national priorities for job creation, infrastructure growth, and global competitiveness in hospitality.
